OUR PET POLICY

To ensure the well-being of our property and maintain good relations with our neighbors, we kindly request guests to adhere to the following pet guidelines during their stay:

• We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per visit. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other types of pets.

• Prior to your arrival, each dog must be registered through a signed agreement, confirming they are house-trained and have a gentle demeanor.

• A pet fee of $50 is applicable for the duration of your stay.

• As the pet owner, you will be accountable for any property damage or additional cleaning, treatment, or replacement necessitated by your pet's behavior, including but not limited to pest control, accidents, or damage from chewing or scratching.

• To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we ask that pets do not use the home's furniture or bedding. Please ensure you bring your pet's bedding for their comfort.

• Permission for pets is granted on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged in advance. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited.

• You are entirely responsible for any damage or injury caused by your pet(s) during your stay.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping our homes comfortable and safe for all guests, including our four-legged ones.
